Question:
How do I measure Transmitter Waveform Dispersion Penalty (TWDP) on BERTScope?

Answer:
The new CleanEye option on BERTScope gives capability for averaging an eye diagram, showing the effectiveness of an FIR filter, and also allows export of short or medium length pattern single valued waveforms. This sort of CSV format export are specified in 802.3aq LRM as being the input for the TWDP calculation.
